Dual Sensor BBQ Thermometer

The Dual Probe BBQ Thermometer combines both infrared and probe thermometers in one unit. It is ideal, because when you use the infrared sensor, you don't poke holes in the meat, thus keeping the juices locked inside. Included with the unit are approximate conversion tables. Of course personal experiences will differ, so you should keep track and use both the probe and infrared sensor the first few times to know where your personal preferences lie.

The infrared includes advanced mode selection for different purposes. It can be set to scan the minimum or maximum temperature, and it also provides a lock mode to monitor the temperature of a certain object for as long as 10 minutes.
